The additional information:
When I asked for the possibility to review Jet Rider I remembered the times I played this game on old ZX Spectrum. Yes, Jet Rider is another remake from the old 8-bit computers.
Your goal is relatively easy: complete the moon gate with the available parts and supply it with enough nuclear fuel. In the time you do, you can jump to another dimension. The process of collecting parts and fuel will be complicated by enemies like meteors or some sort of space robots. You have no other defence than your laser. The good thing is that you have to complete the moon gate only once. After that you only collect fuel and bonuses.
Graphics is average and sort of simple. Well, you are in space, so the black is all right but the levels differ only a very little one from another. The only thing that differs are your enemies – their graphic’s are all right. The sounds of the game are the same as the graphics – average.
The control is not easy to get to hands and it will take you time until you can. Keys 1, 2, 3, 4 and 6 are for moving, 5 for fire, with 0 you pause the game. But from my experience it is nearly impossible to control the Jet Rider this way. Better is to use the four-arrows function key - but still it is not easy to control your hero.
Jet Rider on ZX Spectrum was an excelent and playable game - In the mobile version for it falls to an avarage thanks to the hard control. This game can be recommended only to the hard fans of this kind of games and to those who enjoyed the original.
