In Gold Miner you are a mine worker and it is your objective to collect all the gold in a level. If your enemies reach the gold first, they steal it. To get it back, you have to dig a hole, where they can fall in. Running them over, you get back the gold. If they catch you, you lose one of your 3 lives.
The levels are full of ladders and ropes - there are many ways to escape from your enemies. The graphic reminds one to the old C64 platform games. The higher the level, the more complex are the levels and the more enemies can be found, wanting to catch you. A time limit makes you act faster - the game becomes more thrilling and challenging.
Goldminer is very fast to play and runs very fluent - to get along with the game, you have to think quickly. To rest and have a break is hardly possible.
All in all, the game has a high fun-factor and is exciting as well.
