Help Stan deliver pizzas to Mega-Corp by crossing the busy road and finding an open doorway. When a pizza is delivered, return to the near side to collect another (the pizza icon on the score bar is displayed if you are currently carrying a pizza). Repeat until all the required pizzas (shown just to the left of the pizza icon) are delivered.

The additional information:
You're against the clock, too. The timer (to left of your score) shows how much time you have left for the current delivery. The quicker you deliver the more you score. You also have the same amount of time to cross back over the road and get the next pizza from the lower pavement.
The level is complete when all pizzas are delivered - then things really start to get tough ;)
Watch out for your mortal enemies: Gerty the security guard on the far side, who'll stop at nothing to prevent those pizzas getting through to those hungry Mega-Corp employees, and Bob the killer hedgehog, who prowls the central reservation.
Use the directional control to control Stan on his fateful duties.
